If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with arbitration to take place in the State of Kansas.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by Convert Engine to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Service Agreements executed between you and Convert Engine, constitute the entire agreement between you and Convert Engine regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
